ANA
Ana is a curious mind. She joined the team for almost two years now and she is responsible for the Quality, Innovation
and Development department researching for more sustainable and innovative solutions. And this is something she is
also proud of passing on to her two children, (her most treasured dream that turned reality).
ANA IS ONE OF MANY MINDS THAT HELPS US TAKE NEW STEPS INTO A MORE CONSCIOUS WORLD
Cooking new recipes not only at our labs but also at home, she’s a true researcher of novelties and her favourite Lemon Jelly of the new season had to be KIM - produced with our new biobased material SugarformTM, a truly special and sustainable recipe she helped develop.
